Domestic Shipping
StellaLife currently ships to locations within the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Here are the details of our shipping services:
- Continental United States: Currently, we offer free standard shipping on orders, which typically arrives within 6-10 business days (Subject to change without notification).
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: Standard shipping applies with delivery expected within 6-10 business days (currently $19.95 but subject to change without notification). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back with us in the future for updates on international shipping options. Any customs duties that may apply in the future will be the responsibility of the customer. (Subject to change without notification.)
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed throughout the day, but the cutoff time is by noon CST. Orders received after this time might be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1 business day for order processing. During high volume periods, such as promotions or holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. Note that business days do not include weekends or national holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by logging into your account at https://stellalife.com/account/login.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS, or local carriers, depending on the total weight of the package and the delivery zip code, via a fulfillment service. We cannot guarantee a delivery by a specific carrier or specific time. This includes any orders with expedited shipping services.
