How do I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Step 1: Please email the following information :
- Your full name
- Copy of the Invoice with Date of Purchase, Order Number, Name of the Product or the SKU #
- The quantity
Step 2: We recommend that you ship the unused product by an insured carrier. Please make certain that all product is packed sufficiently to prevent damage.

Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although your bank or credit card company is responsible for the period in which you receive your refund, typically credits are received within sixty (60) days from the date of the request.
