We are so sure you will be delighted with your purchase of VEGA® Oral Care product, that if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bottle for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For any questions regarding refunds, please send us an email at info@stellalife.com.

How do I return the product if I am not satisfied?

  1. Please email the following information:

    • Your full name
    • Copy of the Invoice with Date of Purchase, Order Number, Name of the Product or the SKU #
    • The quantity
    • Reason

  2. We recommend that you ship the unused product by an insured carrier. Please make certain that all product is packed sufficiently to prevent damage.

  3. For a full refund, simply return the bottle and the information listed above to:

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although your bank or credit card company is responsible for the period in which you receive your refund, typically credits are received within sixty (60) days from the date of the request.

    If you haven’t received a refund within the sixty (60) day period, contact your credit card company to check on the status of the refund. If there seems to be any problem with your refund, please contact us by calling us at (305) 788-8555 or by email at support@stellalife.com.

StellaLife® uses only the highest quality natural ingredients in our products. However, in the unlikely event you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use of the product and contact your dental professional. We are interested to know about any adverse reaction regardless how minor it may be.
