This role requires existing relationships with dental professionals and the ability to create a replicable sales playbook to educate others. Product Specialist will help grow the StellaLife business by educating our customers, finding and winning new prospects to improve the well-being of patients. You will own the lead curation, outbound outreach, client conversations along with A/B testing of multiple sales strategies. This vital role will require you to work closely with senior team members to grow StellaLife. What you’ll do:

•       Successfully deliver StellaLife program to prospects/customers and their teams (3-3-3 & hygiene programs) via webinar, L&L

•       Drive revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business

•       Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline

•       Understand lead qualification and work to develop process and accuracy 

•       Build a sales playbook to scale and train our growing team in other regions

•       Execute sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success

•       Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings

•       Build on your strong relationships with key clients to generate revenue 

•       Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager

 •       Successfully utilize technology and tools (CRM, Online Conferences for Webinars, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite & Drive, etc.)

 

What you’ll need:

•       Passion for making a positive difference, flexible, self-driven, proactive, embrace change with can do attitude 

•       Solid relationships with dental professionals with high customer service drive 

•       Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets/organizational goals

•       Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs

•       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced flexible team environment

•       Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process

•       Ability to problem solve, adapt, deal with rejection, and grow the sales pipeline quickly as we build the sales organization

•       Ideally, 3+ years of B2B dental or medical sales experience with consistent revenue-generating responsibilities

 •       Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently (startup hustle and energy)
