Miranda Beeson, MS, BSDH, ICP, ICC is a speaker and educator who graduated in 2003 with her BSDH and 2004 with an MS in DH Education and Marketing. After graduation she had the opportunity to work with Philips Sonicare as their Professional Relations Manager in which she was responsible for leading key strategic initiatives in the dental hygiene field and collaborating with educators, researchers, and professional associations. Clinical hygiene was her passion and so she returned to the operatory to advance her clinical and communication skills. Miranda finds herself blessed to have had exposure to advanced dentistry and practitioners that have fostered her interest in implant-based dentistry and maintenance. She strongly believes in the value of the relationships hygienists have with their patients and utilization of advanced communication strategies to help bring hope for quality of life through dental wellness. She has been a long standing ADHA member and served in her local component in Tidewater, VA. She currently practices as an Implant Care Coordinator and Operations Manager in Virginia Beach, VA at Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry and is a proud Old Dominion University Alumni.
