Dr. Hal S. Jeter has practiced general dentistry in his hometown of South Point, Ohio for over 20 years. Dr. Jeter is a graduate of South Point High School, Marshall University, and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He is currently on the medical staff of Cabell Huntington Hospital, King’s Daughters Medical Center, and Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Dr. Jeter is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Hospital Dentists, the American and International College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He received the Distinguished Dental Award from the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry and was recognized as best in the tri-state by local newspapers.
Dr. Jeter is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Ohio Dental Association, the Southern Ohio Dental Society, the Ohio Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Special Care Dentistry Association. He also sits on several committees concerned with access to dental care and dental hygiene education, including Give Kids A Smile, Dental OPTIONS and Dentistry from the Heart.
